How do I know if my roof needs replacing?
Look for granules collecting in gutters, shingles that are curling, cracked or missing, daylight or water stains in the attic, and a roof older than about 20 years for standard asphalt. After any hailstorm with stones an inch or larger, get a professional inspection — hail bruises are often invisible from the ground but shorten a roof’s life by years.
What does a complete roof system include?
A roof is a system, not a layer of shingles. A proper replacement includes removal to the deck, deck repair, synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water shield in valleys and at penetrations, new drip edge, new pipe boots and flashing, balanced intake and ridge ventilation, and starter strip and ridge cap matched to the shingle manufacturer. Skipping any one of these is where most roof leaks begin.
Will insurance pay for my roof?
If a covered event such as hail or wind damaged your roof, your homeowner’s policy may pay for repair or replacement minus your deductible. We inspect for free, document damage with dated photos, and can meet your adjuster on site. We never offer to waive a deductible — in Texas that is illegal, and it’s a red flag with any contractor.

How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes are completed in one to two days once materials are delivered. Larger or steeper roofs, tile and metal systems can take longer. Weather is the main variable.
Do you offer free roof inspections?
Yes. Inspections and written estimates are free in every area we serve, with photo documentation of anything we find.
What roofing materials do you install?

Can you work with my insurance company?
